Bon bini or ‘welcome’ to our piece of paradise in the Dutch Caribbean! The island has an area of 294 km2 and 18.000 permanent inhabitants. Spoken languages include Dutch, Papiamentu, English and Spanish and the currency is the US Dollar. The weather is almost always sunny, 30 degrees Celsius, with cool breezes from the trade winds.
The Bonaire landscapes varies from mangroves, salt flats and cactus areas to small bays and you will discover a large variety of wildlife such as flamingo’s, parrots, donkeys, goats, lizzards & iguanas around the island. Next to diving, Bonaire offers many other activities such as wind- and kitesurfing, sailing, hiking, cycling, kayaking and caving.
