Regular rent for Kas Mai is only US$ 700 per week including reasonable use of water, electricity, TV and WiFi internet, linen, beach towels and pick up and return to the airport. Minimum stay is one week. Tourist tax of $ 5.50 pp / per night and final cleaning of $ 50 is not included.
